We need a musical drama biopic film about the Irish rock band The Cranberries and the life & career of Dolores O’ Riordan called “Linger”? Who should play her? Who should play her bandmates; Mike & Noel Hogan and Fergal Lawler?
What a great band and what a unique voice!
Clive the kopite Referee
Can someone tell me the name of that song in minute 11:42 ?? .. Thanks
Nice documentary, wish I knew what they were saying!
Rest in peace Ari ❤❤❤
Ross is such a creep
Second goal is offside.
Wish i could've met her once, she seemed like a very cool genuine gal. Requiescat in Pace Arianne.
Very cool
We humans are such a weakling mentally. In the beginning, during their first album, I'm pretty sure they were hungry for concert performing, etc. Then later on got sick and tired. Same goes when falling in love. In beginning its all roses and honey. But later on, its down the drain for many of us. We are so WEAK. Animals could do a better job!
When Zombie came out, I was 21 and a refugee from the Yugoslavia wars. I got it. The song so powerful it transcends music and becomes something spiritual.
I presume the Ferguson who had his penalty saved, is Evan Ferguson’s father ?
It is indeed. And a very fine player in his own right.
The song is actually called "A Merry Jingle"
There is an affectation that most singer use, you can find videos on it, like Adele, when singers not from America sing with American accents, Dolores never did that, and think that's one of the things that made her singing more pretty, she didn't use an affectation, she sang in her own natural Irish accent
Great baseline this Bruce xoxo
Hope you are good mate. Some good memories there
All good old friend. Hope same for you and yours xoxo
@@iainbrymer4072 Check this Iain. Main riff sounds very familiar? ua-cam.com/video/PZ_y77YL9Vg/v-deo.html
She certainly was gorgeous. Unfortunately that's a large part of success in the entertainment business.
………they weren’t shit ! …………they were worse than shit !
She was a sweet looking girl turned into a full blown meth face and voice
I rember this was from "the tube" . . Blitz were an inspiration and shot this dickead - wet bitch right down . 👳🏿👳👳🏿 We are the boys
What a voice what a shame.
Sicuramente ci sta quardando❤❤❤❤❤❤
cracking performance weren't it. shame so short a set eh.
My spirit still cries for her loss
I was in the Philippines when I first heard the song Dreams and Linger in the early 90s and I said this will reach high heavens and I am right. Her voice is so distinctive.
Sorry what she said "It's kinda like a boyzone song ........?
It's hard for me to express in words i am so happy i got to see the cranberries live. I love Dolores and still cry when I hear her voice. I don't think I've been the same after she died. Everything about her was beautiful.
*I sang on stage with the Slits in 2006. Hung out with Ari and the band that night and then the next. Talked to Tessa, too. One of my best memories.*
She was so gorgeous
I’ll never forget Dementia! The band that nearly made 6A Mildenhall Road fall down every Sunday night between 8PM & 1AM. Dave used to get up at 7.30 PM and then you’d all go down to the cellar. You guys were so loud the walls seemed to tremble and the windows in my room would rattle! Always remember those words: “Giving The Dog A Bone, We Listened To The Rolling Stones”. Haven’t heard that one for a while. Was that from the Woodberry Down tape? Hope you’re well, Bruce!
Lovely to hear from you Paddy. you on any social media? Yup that was Woodberry Down
@@brucemox Hi Bruce. I’m on Facebook which I always swore I’d avoid. If you want to be friends make a request. Hadn’t heard that track in a long time. Mr Hanna gets in touch from time to time but he doesn’t give his number out so I can’t phone him! I’m currently moving house which is wearing me out but other than that not very much. Are you still in London?
Why are British journalists so antagonistic towards their interviewees?
Zombie SLAYS me. I am a puddle.
She was Cray-cray
6:05 I think I remember when they played Letterman, though I was a child at the time. This music gives me weird sensory memories of the earliest part of life that I can hardly identify. Very powerful Zombie montage.
"you're not really posing or faking it" - Exactly why I love Cranberries and Oasis so much. Just excellent songwriting!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Im.from cork but there accents are so chilled
Never tell yourself your not good enough…..just watch this n know you can do anything n get paid😂
If you mom is filthy rich.
We 💘 you Dolores❤ Thank you for the music🎵Dolores & gang..!!! Your music will live forever in our hearts..!!! And so will you Dolores💞💝💖❤🩹❤
THE CRANBERRIES ❤️❤️❤️ ONE OF THE BEST BAND AT ALL THE TIME💓💓💓
Im at the age when Dolores passed. I never hated their music or anything, its just i was in my Ministry faze and The Cranberries weren’t able to keep up with Ministry. I’m bipolar and I’m also a virgo like Dolores. Here i am listening to these super albums for the first time. Im quite emotional lately since there is a focus on mental health. Only a real successful trooper would have the energy and urge to help others with mental disabilities. Mental Illness is a disease. It’s not mind over matter when you simply hit a wall and cannot function. Bipolar disorder is not just good days and bad days. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Damn, i wish i was listening to bury the hatchet and roses and all the others earlier in life. Talk about demons, I hear ya.
Best live band Ive ever seen...and thats out of hundreds. Reading Rock festival 1983 and De Montfort Hall, Leicester 1984. Still in Love with You. Thanks, guys !!
Always made me proud to be from Limerick.
You can squeeze my balls but I won’t cough!!! Fucking punk rock classic!!!
A beautiful woman
Amazing...wish I'd been there! What a great band. What year was this show? '96, maybe? Some nice shots of Charlie, he was really in the zone!
Beautiful band, beautiful people. Rip Delores🥲

My first encounter with The Cranberries was back in 1993 I think. The music was great but that voice of Dolores....OMG, I have bought evrything they made and even when they broke up, I couldn't stop serching for what she was up to now. That "Ordinary day" was exceptional. I love her and I miss her....R.I.P.
It's all about Johnathan woss
